Updating Contact Information
Keeping parent/guardian contact information is an important way to ensure families can be reached quickly in the event of a school closure or emergency. Parents/legal guardians can stop by the office at any time with their current, valid ID to update their contact information.
Reporting an Absence
Absences can be reported directly to the Attendance Coordinator, Nez Rendon, through a message on Parent Square or by emailing her at asphlattendance@
Note for an Excused Absence
Excused absence/doctor's notes can be dropped off at the main office by the student or parent/guardian on the day the student returns to school.
